Shaheen Cadillac would like to inform our community that our dealership remains open and operational for Service and Body Shop during this crisis. Sales and Parts Departments will be operating via phone and online during this time. You can view our adjusted hours here. It is our highest priority to ensure the health, safety and well-being of every customer and employee by following CDC guideline and State Executive Orders. During this crisis, we are offering free vehicle pick-up and delivery for service maintenance and repair and after-hours key drop-off locations. We're here and ready to help. Shaheen Cadillac Service Department is fully open and operational during the COVID-19 pandemic and State of Michigan Executive Order. Our Service Department is an essential operation and can legally be open. Service Department hours have been adjusted during this time. Shaheen Service Department is offering complimentary pick-up and delivery for vehicle service. Additionally, we have a 24/7 key drop box located in front of our Service Department. We can also take payment over the phone for most repair orders. During this time, all Service Appointments must be made by phone. Shaheen Service Department is following CDC guidelines while practicing social distancing. Among other dealership-wide requirements, our Service Waiting Area will be closed.

Shaheen Collision Center is fully open and operational during the COVID-19 pandemic and Executive State Order. Our Collision Center is an essential operation and can legally be open. Collision Center has a 24/7 key drop box, allowing you to drop your vehicle off for collision repair anytime while practicing social distancing. The Collision Team will continue to follow CDC guidelines.

Shaheen Parts Department will be open and operational through phone, online and delivery only during the COVID-19 pandemic and State Executive Order. The Retail Parts Department will be closed to walk-ins. Walk in purchases will be conducted at our Wholesales Parts Location using strict no contact handling. Shaheen Wholesale Parts Department will be fully open and operational as normal. All Parts Departments will continue to receive, process, and deliver GM parts during this time. Parts Team will continue to practice social distancing and follow CDC guidelines.

Shaheen Cadillac Vehicle Sales Department will be open via phone and online only during the COVID-19 Pandemic and State Executive Order. Sales Department will be available 24/7 via website chat (Blue Chat Button), 24/7 via Facebook Messenger, and via phone and website inquiries during business hours. During this time, Shaheen Sales Department can assist with inquiries and help you start your purchase online. We are setting in-person appointments beginning April 14, 2020 when the Sales Department plans to fully re-open. Shaheen Sales Department will continue to follow CDC guidelines.
