Service rep, Nick, was polite and helpful. Loaner car was essential since the requested tires weren't delivered till the next day. The final cost was well below quoted price, which was well appreciated. Also, I loved the coffee machine in the lounge.

I was extremely disappointed to learn that effective 6/1/19, the ownership changes. I am even more concerned that my purchase of 3 oil changes will not be honored by the new dealership. I will be seeking service at another Cadillac service department.
