Do Used Cadillac Vehicles Hold Their Value?
One question we get asked here at Shaheen CADILLAC is whether a new CADILLAC will hold its value after purchase. We’re here to provide you with some answers to that question and guide you along in your car buying process in the Lansing area.
The short answer is that it depends. That might not be a definitive answer, but it does depend on the vehicle, and what your driving goals might be. When you lease, you’re getting retention in value because you’re only paying on a percentage of the vehicle’s overall value, and generally for a two- or three-year period before deciding on another lease. If you do like your leased vehicle you can buy it and finance it at its remaining value, which can provide you with value in the form of a new car payment and loan terms.
Value retention also has to do with how long you personally plan on driving the vehicle. If you’re in it for the long haul and know you’ll get many years out of your new CADILLAC, that investment is worth it to you. This is particularly true when you are sure to take advantage of all the routine maintenance and get the right service when needed. You can do that here at Shaheen CADILLAC at our service center, where we also offer many specials too.
We can discuss car value on all our current CADILLAC vehicles, both new and used Cadillac for all those in East Lansing, Okemos, and Grand Ledge. Contact us today as we’d be happy to provide you with all the details you need and arrange test drives at your convenience.
